Visceral procedures, using applied kinesiology and reflexes, can be used to normalize organ function.
Other modalities that are used include hydrotherapy, soft tissue techniques, and Kinesiotaping.
Patients are given specific stretching and strengthening exercises to help the healing process. These exercises can be performed at home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal corrections. Exercise tubing or bands, ball exercises, light weights and/or stretching protocols are most commonly used.
The nutritional programs I offer are tailored to each patients’ needs and help with the healing process. Applied kinesiology is a muscle testing technique that helps get to the core issues and find the nutritional supplements that work best for each person. Diet changes are often necessary to reduce inflammation, and patient preferences are taken into consideration while working to eliminate unhealthy choices.
