Dr. Adkins has been helping people with work injuries since 1994. Chiropractic care may lower the number of missed worked days for back and neck pain, according to recent research. In a new report, people who received chiropractic care tended to miss fewer work days compared to people who hadn't seen a chiropractor.
In this 2013 study, 650 laborers in Minnesota who had back or neck pain were surveyed. The researchers found that many of those surveyed admitted that their back pain caused them to miss work or caused them to makemistakes on the job.
The most significant finding, however, was that the people who saw a chiropractic physician had 58% fewer disability days than those who didn't see a chiropractor!
Countless research studies report that chiropractic care is the optimal way to treat and even prevent back pain, and that's what we've found here in our office in West Seattle, WA.
